About Us - International Technical Services

Frein was founded to provide onsite international technical services, ensuring organizations have immediate service flexibility when they are short on resources. However, recognizing that things do not always go according to plan, we set out to address the question, 'How do you fault-find and how do you transfer these abilities to an up-and-coming FSE?' In response, Frein developed 'The Diamond, a fault-finding framework' that also explores ways to enhance prediction accuracy.
